When I’m really depressed,
I always seem to find myself cleaning, folding&hanging clothes, and doing everything I need to get done at a faster pace than usual. And then I become extremely anxious with multiple panic attacks. This seems to be occurring often and nonstop.
I clean when I’m feeling down too. It’s weird, you’d think you wouldn’t want to do anything, but instead it’s like motivation. It feels nice to have a clean room and clean clothes though, right? :)
